I used Flexiroam while traveling through Spain and Portugal, and it worked well most of the time. I was a bit annoyed that I even had to look for something like this because my usual carrier’s roaming prices are ridiculous, but Flexiroam did the job.

Setup was easy enough, and the data kicked in after a few minutes. Speeds were fine for maps, WhatsApp, and checking emails. It did drop once in a train station, which was frustrating, but it came back quickly enough that I couldn’t really blame Flexiroam too much for that.

Overall, it was way less of a headache than buying a local SIM, and I’m still mad I’ve wasted money on worse roaming options before. I’d use Flexiroam again next time I travel
